I'm recently divorced (very amicably, no lingering drama). There. Now that biographical tid-bit is out of the way we can move on to some other easily digestible facts!

I watch a lot of documentaries, and read a lot of comic books (I used to co-own a comic book store). When I do watch TV it is limited to 'The Venture Bros.', 'The Big Bang Theory', 'The Office', 'Doctor Who', or older shows. Re-runs of 'The Golden Girls' 'Mystery Science Theater 3000', or 'The Twilight Zone' are staples.

Equally happy exploring abandoned buildings, or doing something interesting at home.

I am not now, nor ever have I been, or shall be, a sports fan of any sort. My distaste for it has grown steadily in the last few years, due in no small part to Pittsburgh's supersaturation of all things sporting.

I have a few tattoos, with more on the way. The next one most likely will be the Drake Equation.

Used to live in New Mexico, and miss it desperately. Though for the foreseeable future I am locked in this location (good job, family stuff). Grew up in Florida, and do not miss it. Spent my high school years in Northern West Virginia, and don't particularly miss that either.

Big fan of the concept of having adventures. Maybe even 'Adventure!' when I get the chance.

For fun I write a blog, the topic of which is conspiracy theories/high weirdness. These are also topics I can, with little provocation, expound upon at length while drunk.

My job title has the word 'Engineer' in it, but I am not a "stick-in-the-mud" or a "calculator on legs".

No kids, but I like them with gusts up to really like them (depending on the kid).

Politics are my Monday Night Football as it were, I do enjoy a good civil discussion of the subject. Not a fan of yelling or editorializing, as such most of my news comes from the internet, news wires, and NPR.
