Initiate holodeck program Galley Chef 1 You step through the holodeck doors and gasp as fine ocean spray mists up over the ship's railing, off to the northeast you see binary suns low in the horizon, slowly setting as numerous small moons slowly start appearing in the darkening sky.

You hear footsteps on the deck, looking up, you see a man approach, human descent, a bit slender but moving with athletic grace, wearing an Earth chef jacket and toque.

He smiles as he seats himself across from you, lines crinkling warmly around his eyes as his eyes meet yours...

Okay, I make no claims of being a writer but it's fun to act like one! I am a real chef, born and raised in Texas but I've lived in other parts of the US and have traveled over most of the US, parts of Canada and Mexico (border towns and up & down the Yucatan Peninsula).

I don't travel as much as I did in my younger days but I do still enjoy it when I can.

I have been divorced for two years and separated for three, I have two sons that are eleven years apart, the oldest (the teen science/math whiz) lives with me part time, while the little linebacker lives with his mother. Yes, the little linebacker is big for his age!

Currently I am only seeking friendship, and no, I carry no baggage nor have any candles burning for anyone. I wouldn't run away from love but I'm not looking for it, however this site does offer a great opportunity to meet someone that loves science fiction, not just star trek either, as much as I do.

BTW, I enjoy pretty much anything and everything science fiction (and science for that matter) from books to movies to video games.
