Badbiology, 38

I'm currently finishing a Master's degree in English/Film Studies; my thesis is on Frank Henenlotter's films (hence the username). If you know anything about his work, that tells you quite a bit about me. I'm a fan of bad movies, of camp humor, and of intellectual discussions about both of those. Specifically, I love Piers Anthony, Heinlein (but who doesn't?), Harlan Ellison, Serenity/Firefly, Eureka, the Star Trek that I've seen (and I'd love to see more), and Asimov. I love to watch people play console video games, though I personally tend to play computer games more often. My GP2X with SNES emulator is, at the moment, my favorite piece of technology. I teach literature and grammar, so it is relatively important to me that a match is fairly well-spoken. I'm a fan of a gentleman who is willing to go out and have a drink with me but who is also just as likely to stay in and watch a movie. If you can teach me something -- knowledge of comic book emphemera, anything math or science related, etc. -- then I'd love to have a conversation with you and see if anything happens!
