Trekkiewannabe, 39

SWF seeking male Geek/Trekkie to spend time with and share vast trekkie knowledge I am from Edmonton, Alberta and I am looking for someone who shares my interests and passions. My friends routinely call me a geek which I;m fine with...I recently was introduced to star trek by a friend, and immediately fell in love, i am currently trying to do as much research as possible to get myself to a non-embarrassing level of knowledge on the subject. I try to watch episodes of each series every night on space channel. I am a major Buffy fan, as well as Supernatural, star Wars and my fave movies of all time are the original Indiana Jones and the Princess Bride. I love books and reading as much as possible, I work at a book store. I love graphic novels, i am not a huge fan of comic books though. I have a diploma from NAIT in Renewable Resources, though with the economy the way it is, I cant find a job in my field, hence the book store employment. I have a passion for photography, though i am not very good yet. I love camping and hiking, and am more than willing to try new things. I love listening to music, my music of preference is a tad embarrassing though, if you want to know don`t hesitate to ask. I`m not what you would call "hot" or and ideal body type...and I am most certainly not looking for someone with those qualities either. I want a true geek like myslef. I have shortish dirty blonde hair that is usually straight, though when i'm lazy, it is its natural mass of curls. I have blue eyes, well more a grayish colour. I think so far my favorite series would be voyager, of course after the original series. I love Janeway and how shes always taking risks to save her crew, I also love Paris and Torres, they're super cute. And Seven of Nine is just awesome.
