Adverage Joe... Just found the site and looking forward on trying to make connections friendships. I'm also new to the area and looking for people who are into Sci-fi, comic books, video games, fansty, and love to debate random topics.

One of my big passions is traveling. Whether its here in the US or 100's of miles away in another country. I enjoy going on little adventures, meeting new people, making new friends, tasting different foods, listening to different kinds of languages (although the only one I know is bad English) and sounds.

My second biggest passion would have to be art. I'm a very creative person and come from an artistic family (from music, acting, singing, etc.) who have alwasy been supportive and very much important to me. Whether is writing a short story, a small 5-8 minute short film idea for a festival that I do with my friends, a oil-painting based off a dream, sketching something/someone from what I saw that day, sculpting a massive figure from various materials. Its all important to me. Just being able to have my own space where I can turn up my music (usually ranging from rock/metal, Broadway shows, or 80's music) it a great feeling and being able to be god for that period of time.

I guess thats why I enjoy the sci-fi element in films, stories, art, or ideas. They can be creative, unusal, different, and exciting. Hopefully by reading this you've gotten an idea of who I am. Feel free to write to say hello.
