Hi! I'm a student at the University of California. I love reading, listening to music, watching TV, learning languages, and reading comics. My favorite books are City of Glass and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. My favorite shows are Doctor Who, Star Trek, Community, Firefly, The Mighty Boosh, The IT Crowd...really too many to list. I like most genres of music, but my most listened to bands are The Fratellis, The Hush Sound, Regina Spektor, The Beatles, Muse, and Eisley. I love music recommendations, so send me your favorite bands! If you play an instrument, we can also talk about cool things, like Marching Band and Wind Ensemble. (I'm a percussionist, though, so keep it simple, haha) My collection of comic books is diminutive, so any recommendations there would be appreciated. I'm mainly into Marvel, specifically X-Men (the 90's cartoon was basically the best show ever), but I have been known to dabble elsewhere. I'm a pretty laid-back, low-maintenance person. I do the college party scene, but I usually prefer a quiet night in. I'm somewhat fashion-challenged, but I have a rather impressive collection of snarky t-shirts.
