Displaced Northerner I moved down to Atlanta from the northeast last August to pursue my Ph.D. at Georgia Tech. I don't really know anyone down here other than other grad students, and I'm looking to expand my horizons a bit. I'm an obsessed music fan (I listen to all sorts of music, but metal and punk are probably my favorites), comic book geek, dark comedy lover (Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Louis C.K., etc.), and an all around nice nerdy guy. As far as dating and relationships go, I'm just looking for a sweet girl with some similar interests (and a demented sense of humor doesn't hurt!). I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs, and I'd prefer to date someone who also didn't, but most of my friends are casual drinkers and I'd have nothing wrong with dating someone who liked a drink every now and again. P.S. To answer the optional question thingy (fave sci fi series), probably Asimov's Robot series, but really I love so many that it's impossible to choose. As far as favorite characters go, that's even tougher! That said, I love the characters in Simon R Green's books, he always puts together such an entertaining cast of characters.
