I'm a pretty typical guy who happens to be into Star Trek. I just got my Master's Degree and started a job at a software company. I have a wide variety of interests including football, tennis, finance, improv, and writing.

I've watched Star Trek since I was four years old, when Captain Picard got assimilated by the Borg. I've been hooked ever since, although I didn't really watch Enterprise. I love reading Memory Alpha, the Star Trek Wiki and finding out about the making of each episode. BTW, I created my "emhmark4" avatar long before it was ever mentioned on Voyager. I was quite amused when it was mentioned prominently in one episode.
