Caveat emptor: I am not nearly as eloquent in reality as I am onscreen. I have always been a better writer than speaker, and can be quite shy in person. I will open up after a short time, once mutual interests have been brought into conversation.

I am an editor working for a local religious television station that broadcasts to a global audience. Believe me when I tell you that job sounds much more glamorous than it is at times, though it does allow me to indulge my creative side. I'm a wannabe writer who hasn't gotten past the note-taking/rough draft stage on any of his stories (in years), a novice graphic artist and an amateur pencil-and-paper il----rator who whittles away his spare time drawing comic book characters, angels and the Men in Black. (Not the ones from the film; I draw the ones from popular urban legend usually discussed in hushed whispers by really crazy folk hawking their books at UFO conventions.) I was born in Odessa and I've lived here for at least 25 of my 28 years of existence.

I was born to a relatively poor family. We moved infrequently, usually to Shreveport, Louisiana. I've been known to be ditsy and a tad lacking in common sense. I travel occasionally, when time and funds are available, usually going to nearby places in Texas and New Mexico. I am proudly Texan, though I have a peculiar fascination with our immediate western neighbor. (What can I say? I have been seduced by the allure of Carlsbad Caverns.) I've have been told that I look just like Silent Bob.
