After overcoming the shyness, people find that I am warm, kind, caring and intelligent person, who has a sense of humour that can range from silly, quirky, dry to dark and everything in-between. I am passionate about my hobbies and activities and love my family and my golden retriever Loki.

I have a number of passions, reading, writing, astronomy, photography and star wars. I love reading Science Fiction and Fantasy novels, and am in the process of writing one (or three) of my own. It has taken me a while, and the book grew from on to three, but I am hopefully on the final rewrite. And yes, I would like to get it published, well try to. Writing is one of my escapisms. I generally write fantasy and science fiction, however over the years I have tried my hand at a couple of other genres in short story form.

As mentioned, I have a passion for Star Wars. It allows the members to share a common interest, it also allows us to give back to the community and charities, whether it be at cons, events or some other occasion.
