I'm a writer and former professional sf editor who grew up in traditional sf fandom. Written sf is far more important to me than tv or movie sf, much as I enjoy those (more on that below).

My interests are eclectic and wide-ranging, including politics, science, history, non-fiction of all sorts, biographies, psychology, news of the weird, and endlessly more, as well as having spent a life in science fiction, of course. I'm also an internet geek and blogger, and I love computer games, and movies of all sorts. I love mindbending science, and all the weird details of history. Books were once my life, but now it's the internet and books. I dig museums, and wonkishness of all sorts. I love talking with a loved one, and laying around all day in bed, being cuddly and chatty and more.

I want to find someone who will love me as much as I love them.

Oh, and I've had lifelong major depression; my income is low, currently partially via my blog, and freelance writing; I am presently seeking Social Security disability for depression. Nonetheless, I'm witty, funny, sarcastic, and have tons of conversation!

Please do note that I do adore new-Battlestar Galactica, Buffy, Firefly, Star Trek: TOS, am a big fan of DS9, like Enterprise (particularly the fourth and last season), am okay with ST:Voyager, quite like all the Stargate series, am a huge Joss Whedon fan, really like Smallville, am a big comics fan, really like Star Wars (yes, all 6 films), and a whole ton of other movie sf, and various tv sf.
