Hi! I`m Hiroki Roderic Onodera, a Japanese American, born and raised in the US, traveling between San Francisco and Tokyo. I like travel, food, musicals and movies.

I have worked on the Japanese Committee to host the Worldcon at Nippon2007 in Japan and also continue to work at anime and Japanese pop culture events, Anime Expo and PMX. I'm looking now to get back in touch with my SF roots.

English is my native language and I speak Japanese. My favorite tv and movies are comedies, romance, fantasy, science fiction and action. I love to share laughter and will joke and tease people I like and I also love to be teased.

ABOUT YOU:

I like a woman who, is independent but not too serious, and has a good sense of humor and consideration for others. She values her family and mine, and can teach children manners and culture but will forgive and love them when they are imperfect.

I like everyday photos with natural smiles and little or no make up. Less is more. I don't like profiles with poems or lyrics that explain love or life, or sound negative. I want to read positive profiles about her character and everyday lifestyle. I'm interested when their life has something in common with me.

Please realize that I`m NOT Christian. I have visited Jerusalem and Bethlehem and held respect for Jesus while seeing his birthplace and walking his last steps. I can accept a Christian woman and go to church but will not convert. My faith is the native Japanese religion Shinto which worships nature, and also I'm quite spiritual.
