To the Stars! I'm a huge fan of Star Trek. Star Wars, not so much. Enterprise totally wins vs. the Death Star. Anyway, getting off on a tangent already...I'm a college senior attending Metro State here in Denver, majoring in Theatre and minoring in Political Science. I've done almost everything related to the world of theatre: directing, acting, improv, stand-up comedy, stage manager, lights, you name it, I've done it. I'm currently planning out a massive video retrospective on the entire Star Trek franchise. I'm looking for someone who I can share my intense nerd-dom with, someone who can engage me in spirited debate, but not only on the subject of Star Trek or other sci-fi fare, but comics and other movies as well. Someone who would enjoy quiet nights out watching live theatre or comedy as opposed to getting smashed all the time would also be a plus. I have neither the interest nor the finances to keep up with that sort of lifestyle. A keen political mind wouldn't hurt either. Again, great debate fodder there. I'm also a huge stage combat buff; I serve as president of the college's Stage Combat Club, and I hope to turn that into a career path in the near future.
