I’ve loved the Star Trek franchise for as long as i can remember. I remember watching “The one with the whales” as a child, and i was hooked.

My mother took me to a convention one time. I remember the “fat one” (Ent D) was there upside down like it was for filming.

I looked up to Wesley Crusher. I wanted to be as smart and capable as him. At the aforementioned convention Wil Wheaton was there but it was announced that he was NOT signing, but i had the opportunity so i tried to get him to sign something anyway. Bad move.
