I am middle aged, single, and guessing it might be fun to meet people who share similar interests with me. In the world of sci-fi/fantasy, am interested in TNG, Voyageur, BSG, Buffy, Dr. Who, Angel, Hitch Hiker's Guide. Also enjoy some ghost hunter shows but only the ones where they actually have some healthy skepticism. Non-sci-fi shows I enjoy include Chuck, Eureka, The Big Bang Theory, and How I Met Your Mother. I also enjoy reading, acting, going to plays and movies, music, dance, singing and writing. I have three cats - yes, count 'em, three - and live in Toronto. Don't worry, I like other animals, too (well, maybe not the ones that can eat you). I have a day job but still like to imagine myself with an artistic career. I perform in plays occasionally but don't usually get paid. I love it, though, so it's worth it. In literature, I read a variety, but am a fan of Austen, Forster and Shakespeare. Anything else? Well, I think it's important to eventually meet people in person and see if there is any connection.
