No gamers here?

22 years, I wished I could be a Veritech pilot; last Wednesday I finally got my chance.
Robotech: the Game---my jaw dropped when I saw it on my buddy's Playstation---oh I have got to try this!
Through training, on to the defense of Macross Island---thanks to my buddy's cheat codes and a lot of help. I'm too visually impaired to see my own radar, so one friend acted as my "RIO", the other two as "AWACS", but everyone got a laugh out of my performance. I sort of confused my friends when I used the afterburners to go ballistic; but then I did a Yeager Loop, dived back to the furball and shot up some Zentraedi...damn, that was fun!
I think I finally understand why so many people spend so much time on these games.

I'm hooked on swg, i've been playing on and off for 4 years.
just gave ddo a shot and did enjoy it. Also I just started playing pen and paper d&d with some friends from work.

good stuff all round but swg has a special place in my heart.

`I tried to play Star Wars Galaxies, just can't get into it...or World of Warcraft.
I play a ton of old school Doom 2 & Quake 2 - on the 360 I've been playing Dragon Age like crazy. I still play the NES & Sega. Old habits die hard, or not at all.

`C'mon....you can't beat a game of excitebike or toe jam and earl....sonic....mario....mario kart....ooh f-zero....metal gear....C&C..esp red alert....doom..quake..half-life..all its good mods....oh man....descent....so many games I haven't touched on..probably some I need to play....so many I need to replay...but who has the time.....well...I guess if something is important..you make the time.
