Stargate SG-1 Final Episodes

So, does anyone think they'll actually kill off one or more of the main characters in the final episodes of Stargate SG-1? The only one who's "safe" is Carter because (as I mentioned in another thread) Amanda Tapping will be joining the cast of Stargate Atlantis next season. Killing off Daniel would be redundant, so who then might be permanently eliminated (if anyone)?

Hummmm I doubt they'll kill anybody, we still have two straight to DVD SG1 movies to look forward to? If I had to pick one the obvious choice would be Vala, sacrificing herself to save the universe would be her thing. Mitchell is not going anywhere, but I wouldn't rule out seeing General "Hank" six feet under.

I liked tonights "what if" parallel universe story. It's always fun to see a different twist on characters we thought we knew.

Next weeks looks like they're going to get back to business though - and (this isn't a spoiler really because it was in the trailer) Daniel appears to have become a Prior, but the voice-over hints that he's doing it to get the inside skinny on the Ori. One would hope that whatever knowledge Merlin passed to Daniel would also protect him from becoming corrupted. Typical Daniel Jackson, though, isn't it? If someone on SG-1 is going to get their mind taken over it's usually him.

lol I know what you mean, they always use Daniel's mind as a punching bag. Parallel Universe story was okay, even though it's been done before. Its kind of like when Star Trek writers decide to do a time travel episode, they'll come up with a better story next week.

The episode wasn't a total lost, McKay and Sam ininteracting with each other is kind of like a preview for upcoming episodes of Atlantis. Sam wearing that black dress was just a bonus.

I have seen the last sg 1 and all i can say is ;
THE WRITERS SHOULD BE SHOT, what a waste of time.
I have followed the show from the start and have suffered the last two seasons in the desperate hope that the saviour R D A would return, but alas no such luck.
I am hoping that atlantis will get better.

It did seem kind of anticlimactic in the final episode, but in a way it was a nice goodbye to the fans. My only complaint is after so many years in that "time bubble" Sam never hooked up with anyone. A beautiful woman like that and none of the men make a play for her?lol
