Should be down in Relationships but I suppose it's too late to pick up and go there, so...
Nope, I never use a pick-up line. I prefer to start a real conversation and see where that leads but as ice breakers go, I've used, "You make me wish I knew a really good pick-up line."
If she's interested, you can say damn near anything but if she's not, you get, "I heard that's your specialty Commander, line included."
On the other hand, I have used the line, "And now your Highness, we shall discuss the location of your hidden rebel base," as I initiated foreplay.

I was at a Con in 03 dressed as Dr. Jean Grey from X-Men, so I had on a long white doctor's coat as part of my costume. In the hallway some guy stopped me and said "It's a good thing you're a doctor, because I think you just made my heart skip a beat." My reply was "I'm sorry, but I'm a geneticist. You're going to need a cardiologist." :P
