Surax, 40

Greetings - My name is 'Surax' and I come to you in peace and service. I am 25 years old and was born in the Great Plains of the Southern portion of Alberta. I graduated from High School with High Honors and then completed a Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Lethbridge. I continue my studies at the U of L(I am currently working on my Masters in History.) and live in an apartment alone. - As to Star Trek:I was a 'ripe old' 6 when I started watching the Original Series and TNG first and then 'growing up' with the other titles - DS9,Voyager,and Star Trek:Enterprise. I truly enjoyed each series on its own merits and,if pressed,would say DS9 was the best produced 'Trek' to date. The movies,as we all know, have been a rollercoaster -some good some (very!) bad! However,for the record my favorite was "The Wrath of Kahn". - Like all of you here,I trust that Mr J.J. Abrams can 'pull a rabbit out of his hat'and give us some truly blockbuster Trek. Before closing, it would be highly remiss of me,not to mention that aspect of Star Trek that has from the very beginning affected me the most. In creating and developing the Vulcans and their sacred world of Logic and Peace,the "creators" of Star Trek - from the late Gene Rodenberry,D.C.Fontana and the late Gene Coon,all the way down to Jeri Taylor,Rick Berman,the late Michael Pillar and J.J. Abrams,the maturing of the Vulcan Culture has given each fan of the show an aspect of peace,tolerance and service that we all can emulate. - I walk The Vulcan Way with humility and joy and I express my deepest gratitude to Star Trek's creators over 40+ years, for their joint enrichment of the Deepest Heart of Star Trek - Infinite Diversity (in) Infinite Combination.
