In Search of Friends, or Soul Mate

I dream of writing for television one day so I have a sampler interest in science fiction. I know some about Star Trek, Stargate, various short lived sci fi series like Firefly, Invisible Man, and such. I also like shows like Chaarmed, Dresdeon Files, any CSI, Pushing Daisies, Heroes and Lost. I also enjoy fishing and love my Rockies, but would willingly leave them if I gotta shot in Hollywood. I'm a homebody becuase I'm perpetually broke, not by choice, but when i can scrape together the dineros, I enjoy going out to eat, watch a movie, driving up to my secret mountain spots, love the drive-in in Fort Collins. I'm in search of friends to chat with about interests, hang with at local conventions, but I'm not opposed to developing it into something more either.
