I am a fairly shy person. I love Star Trek, particularly Deep Space Nine. I just want to find someone who I can relate to and who shares a love for Star Trek.

I am a PhD student working on my doctorate in psychology. I also teach psychology at a local community college in Tennessee. I enjoy quiet nights at home studying, reading, cooking, and watching movies. In addition to Star Trek, other favorite TV shows include The Golden Girls, The Simpsons, Will and Grace, and Family Guy (and the entire Adult Swim lineup).

I do enjoy going out, but big clubs and crazy partying is really NOT my favorite thing to do. I would much rather go out to dinner and movie or a coffee house or walking in a park.

I am looking for a person who is simply kind, considerate, responsible, loving, has self-discipline, and enjoys friendship and simplicity.
