Apparently Bryce Zabel has put the reboot proposal document he developed with J Michael Straczynski in 2004 on his blog.

J. Michael Straczynski should not worry about Star Trek; he should tell us how the Telepath War shook out---oh and how did that wacky plague end? Before you mind someone else's knitting, finish your own!

Personally I'd like to see Lyta standing over Bester, ppg aimed at his head as she says, "Oh yeah, Garibaldi says hi."
What happens next?
I know I'd like to see how that plays out.

Considering Crusades (if you think about it was kind of like Star Trek) and Legend of the Rangers were not big hits with me, I would love seeing a reboot of Star Trek with JMS involved. It can be done, just look at the new Galactica which is doing one hell of a good job with their stories. Make the Babylon 5 motion picture already, that's what the fans really want to see.
