The "War of the Worlds" group is for WOTW in general right, like the book, the TV series, the musical (mock if you must but I f=ing LOVE that musical, it's up there with Rent as my all time favorite) et al? Cause if it's exclsuively for that tom Cruise POS I'm getting out of it.

I think we shouldn't even mention the Thomas C. Howell's War of the Worlds. I'm assuming it's everything related to adaptations of the classic H. G. Wells book. Personally I like the TV series myself, the first season is my favorite. "To Life Immortal."

Has anyone ever read the book "War Of The Worlds: Global Dispatches"? It's a collection of short stories by some of todays sci-fi writers that tell of how other, more famous, people of that era dealt with the invasion. If you've not picked this one up and like War Of The Worlds, I suggest you do so. It's very good.

Across the Sands of Time, along the Shores of Life, the Traveler rides on. For he knows his journey ends in lovers meeting.

Beware the beast Man for he is the Devil's pawn.
Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport, or ----, or greed.
Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land.
Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert out of his home and yours.
Shun him. Drive him back into his jungle lair.
For he is the harbinger of death.
