Anyone watch this show's first episode? Just from seeing it, I think it's well done. But how can you make a nuke attack storyline last for enough episodes to make it into syndication? We've all see in the past season three shows that had promise sink because they each ended up painting themselves into a corner, with Invasion being the best of the three.

What's your opins on this one?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Across the Sands of Time, along the Shores of Life, the Traveler rides on. For he knows his journey ends in lovers meeting.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Beware the beast Man for he is the Devil's pawn.
Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport, or ----, or greed.
Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land.
Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert out of his home and yours.
Shun him. Drive him back into his jungle lair.
For he is the harbinger of death.

Unfortunately, I missed this, having slept through it. Third shift can mess up your tv viewing! But, I think since the show isn't about the nuke attack itself, but about life afterwards, they could go a long time on that premise.

Episode 2 was pretty good, a little suspense and action was thrown in. The mysterious Mr. Hawkins knows about a lot of things, I say ex FBI or CIA agent, but that's my theory at the moment. The ratings went up 13 percent in last night's episode so hopefully CBS will order more scripts.

I did see the second episode and, while I thought it wa decent, there is nothing there to make this a show I can't mis. Yet. But, maybe it will get more interesting as things go on.

I can't see how they're going to make a long running show out of it, but I must say I'm fairly addicted for now. =)

It kind of dropped off my radar. Can't really say why, just that it didn't hold my attention for long.

CBS ordered seven episodes which are all in the can, I suspect it will come on sooner than later because of the writers strike.

`Well, now that it has been on for a bit and plans to leave after this next episode, who do you all feel about it? It's had to shove a bunch of plot twists into a short season, which I think has hurt it. But I will say that it still is riviting material. I mean... how would we rebuild our country after such an event? This would be pretty close!

`call me an ostrich but I never liked post apocalyptic shows/movies.

When it comes for real, I'd rather be at Ground Zero

Posted:     Post subject: I enjoyed the second season of Jerico

Hi all, I enjooyed the second season of Jerico. I watch all epishods form the frist season and tought they were allright but jsut a bit far fached in what was suggested in some episholds. Such as were the securet agents could make cell call and use the internet while no one ease could. Like when mr hakins had a laptop with a sat uplink and sarh masson was able to use a blackbeery. I reason they must have had a secure conecton.
While the net cafe in Jerico was off-line the secert agents or terrisist or what ever they realy were could do all shorts of high tech things even though a ECM kocked out all comication. well that is Hollwood for you.

I did however enjoy the second season more than the frist. the last season was more gritter and harder edge. I thougt the whole thing with the Alied states of Ameica was interrsteing, espiicaly the changed flag insiga. I do hope that the show will get picked up some where for a new season. I have seen some talk about it on the net. if it goes into a new season it will be about a new american civil war, I think that will make some intresting t.v.
