Okay, I had serious doubts about a remake of this. But, I have to say, with Moore at the helm, it could be VERY good. Especially if they are not going to do a sequel or complete remake like Pyscho or The Omen. If someone does a remake, I want to see their vision of it, not their vision of what a previous creator was trying to do with it. Moore can definitely shake it up.

I agree, Ralph Moore does have talent. That's only part of it, they will have to get good actors and a talented director. If they can do a cool vision of the short story "Who Goes There?" then I'll be looking forward to the remake.

Well, judging by how well he cast BSG, I have no doubt that Ron Moore can find the talent. Now that I have heard he is on this, I am actually excited instead of trepidatious. Is that a word?
