I admit that I hadn't looked at the "official" web site for "Heroes." I tend to go to fan sites first, which is where I'd read about the existence of the graphic novels. What either wasn't mentioned (or I just missed it) was that these are ONLINE novels - you can read them on the official web site in Flash or print them out from PDF files if you like. FOR FREE! (Probably because they're really really short - "Pamphlets" would probably be more accurate than "Novels")

Why bother, you ask? They fill in the blanks between the episodes, introduce some of the second-string characters who pop in and out of the show, and flesh-out the background on main characters.
Another nice feature on the official site is that ALL of the episodes shown so far are posted there, plus audio/video commentary. So, if you can't see the Sci-Fi Channel "Chain Reactions" of the show, but you have a Broadband connection, you have another option.
Gives you something to do until we get new episodes later this month.
