I wouldn't mind having a ZPM for my car. Keep me away from those high prices at the gas station!

Sounds like everyone over there really gets into the whole halloween thing. sounds like fun too! Over here noone cares about it... if i dressed up ppl would think im nuts lol Would love to visit the u.s during halloween

In the States, people hold Halloween parties all through the month. Most, though, have it on the weekend before or after. Adults just like having fun dressing up and partying and kids like going out for candy. I think most of the fun is actually trying to think up something to wear! I run this thread in another site and there are plenty of folks who simply enjoy talking about the holiday and what they did as kids or what they like doing now.
I just had a converstation with my son about Halloween and he said he didn't care much for the candy anymore, but likes dressing up with me and going out and walking around. He even mentioned "soaping windows"! I said, "You're suppose to do that to people who've been mean to you or didn't give out candy." I then told him we could also T-P their houses after everyone was done Trick or Treating. It's quiet and doesn't harm anything.
I know it's not big in Britian, but don't the folks in Ireland big on it?

Well, I finally decided on which costumes I am gonna wear for the two parties I am going to. One will be new and one will be my Klingon jester costume. I will post pics before Halloween.

I'm trying to get a fellow Gatehead to dress as a Wraith so she can jump out, startle the kids, and "kill" me. But no before I use my cap pistol.
It seems that I'm the only one who's willing to post piccy's of thier costume. (Does that mean I automatically win?)
