Wasn't sure where to post this: Books, Trek, Off topic.... What is your opinion on Mature Fan Fic? Stories about your favorite Trek Characters. I was given a collection Of "X" Generations. Is this a perversion of Trek? or a natural extension of trek

Are we talking something like the S-- Trek ---- series, or do we get dinner and a show first?

Since no one on Star Trek so much as uses the head, a little naughtyness would be a good thing---so long as it's not taken too far.
I'm a randy old bear myself, so I think all consenting adults should be enjoying life; but I'm not interested in nasty, just for the sake of the h--k--p, "boink-chick-a-boing-boing"---I enjoy my romance, dag-nabbit!

I always thought there should have been a more adult like Star Trek about ...now I'm not talking about ---- Trek (though I think it has its place too ) but the normal Trek we know and love which is also not afraid to show us some violence and S-- that usually would never have even been thought of doing before ....Lets see Star Trek go where it has never gone before ...nude alien ladies and explicit violence and murder.

Yeah, I know what you mean.
I really thought I'd stayed in the guidelines Pocket Books gave me for writing Star Trek novels. After it was rejected a friend told me as good as it is, he thought it was rejected because my lady doctor character was "a bit too...earthy."
Earthy? What do---oh, you mean she's a sassy little wench? Damn right she is!
I'm considering a sequel to that story, showing just how naughty she really is; you can read the first story at

I hate the idea of someone taking a decent show and turning it into nothing more than a wet dream for reprebates who can't think about anything other than s--.

`It's just fantasy. A natural outgrowth of being attracted to the characters you see onscreen. However, it shouldn't replace the need for going out and having real world relationships, or be allowed to become an addiction. That would be pretty unhealthy. Much the same with all "adult" materials.
