Hi all to the fourm. I just thought I would pass this along. I have jsut recived a free download of a e-book courtesy of slice of sci-fi web site. I listen to thier podcast quite regualy they have a link to their website here on trekpassions.

the book is Infected by Scott Sigler. It is sill avaible for free at the slice of sci-fi website untill March 31. On Arpil 1 it will be abaible in print at the book stores. You will need adobe acorbat reader to view the text.

I am not sure what the plot is about but the title should say it all. I have heard it advertized a few times during the slice of sci-fi podcast and I have not given much thougt to this novel. I have never heard of this writer befrore and I belive he is new. also the novel is based on a podcast.

I got this free dowload becase I have a subscrition to slice of sci-fi via iTunnes. it aoutomaticly downloaded while I was listneing to a differnt podcast. it took me by suprise and I then went to the website to find out what was going on. I am like hey a free e-book great. I am still currently reading a differnt novel and may look at this one latter.

I have had free e-books on a cd-rom disk when I bought a hardback from Bean pubhising. I will have to say I went thur a lot of ink and paper and even bouhgt a new printer after reading about a dozen novels or so.

well I jsut wanted to put the ward out on this freebe to all on the form.
