We were watching an episode of a series called Dogfights. During one of the interview segments with the fighter pilots involved, Cindy found her new hero.
As a former paratrooper, pilot trainee Giora Epstein got caught in a flat spin (yeah, just like the movie Top Gun).
His instructor, the squadron commander, began radioing a steady stream of instructions to Epstein, trying to help him out of the spin.
Eventually Epstein told his well-intentioned instructor, "Please shut up, you're only making this harder for me."
I had to pause the recording so Cindy could laugh herself out; Epstein's words are the story of her whole life.
Epstein retired from the IAF, was an airline pilot for a while; but in all his experience, I wonder if he ever got a fan letter?
Cindy wants to meet him and I just wish I could make that happen.

I've never had salmon that didn't taste like it came from a can of cat food.
Funny how people always say, "Well you've never tried ____ the way I make it."
Well I've tried many, and they always tasted like cat food...until Cindy's.
Braised salmon fillets, in a Teriyaki glaze---I just yummed it up.
Just one catch...
Cindy developed her recipie making Teriyaki salmon for her cat.

"A woman needs a little danger," said Fiona, a character from a show I've recently taken up called Burn Notice...I suppose that's true.
Cindy's favorite people are:
Giora Epstein, former paratrooper and fighter pilot, who told his instructor to shut up so he could find his own way out of a life or death moment.
Ryan Malone, formerly of the Pittsburgh Penguins, who took a hockey puck to the face during the Stanley Cup finals but returned to the ice only moments later.
Troy Polamalu, currently of the Pittsburgh Steelers, for growling as he flung himself into a tackle.
Giles McCoy, USMC & survivor of the U.S.S. Indianapolis who, while adrift in the Pacific, kicked sharks in the nose to defend his shipmates.
Makes you wonder why Cindy likes me, doesn't it?

Goth = "I wanna be angsty, dress in black and pretend to do spoooky witchcraft. Wooooooo." Gloomy and may cut themselves. A plus: Likes boyfriends in drag, and other perversions.
Fluffy Bunny Wiccan = "I want to, like, heal the Earth Mother, so I eat vegan and pray for world peace." Also basically pretending to be Witches, not because it's socially unacceptable and attractively "dark" and gloomy, but because they prefer being Lady Pixie Moondrop Silverwand Fairy-Butt to Rhonda-Marie Schenk. May in fact believe that they are an elvish faerie dragon soul in a human body. Would probably benefit from putting on all forty pounds of their "ritual jewelry" and walking ten yards every day to get some exercise. Bought their Ancient Traditional Ritual Robe at Sak's on sale. A plus: Great Rites.
Nope, Goths and Wiccans (and Witches) are definitely not the same thing. And there's some kinds of them that make seriously psycho girlfriends/boyfriends.

"Facts, Doctor. Feelings do not make arguements."
Spock
Get your ducks in a row, Naja.
Wicca is a religious belief.
Cindy's not a Wiccan, she's a witch, and she's pissed.
Me, I think you just need to get some "play".

Cindy had a collection of Eeyore plush, which she was forced by circumstance to leave behind when she left d---ie and came to my neck of the woods.
Instead of shipping them to Cindy or donating them to charity, idiotboy began giving them to new girlfriends.
She convinced him to send her old computer, where Cindy found a picture file.
An image of d---ie's new wife holding Cindy's limited edition pink Eeyore, is all the proof I need---ew.
I mean I'm all for recycling but jeez, what a hump!
Show of hands, ladies; how many of you would knowingly accept such a "recycled" gift, and what would you do when you found out?

`I found most of this thread frustrating to read, (so don't blame me for not reading most of it) but I did feel compelled to vote.
**Would you prefer to date a goth/witch?**
No I wouldn't. Some goth girls are hot, but in MY OPINION most are not. As for whether or not shes a witch... I'll err on the side of caution and not date a witch simply because I don't feel I know enough about witches to feel comfortable dating one at this moment.
