I know about Call of Cthulu, but what other horror RPGs are out there?

`In and of themselves, I have not seen too many dedicated Horror RPGs out there. D&D has Ravenloft for Gothic Horror though Planescape had some potential. World of Darkness can be run with a horror aspect if you use the players as hunters rather than the monsters. GURPS has their own horror book but its generic. There are tons of zombie books out these days but who's scared of them anymore?

I think the problem with Horror games is that it can be difficult for players to get really scared when they know that almost any monster or demon can be overcome with a few dice rolls. Would love to know if anyone has ever played or ran a successful (scary) horror game.
