Peter's ability to see the future in his dreams is the only power that I can't track back to another Hero. Do you think that is a power that's all his or just from a hero we don't know of yet?

That is probably his, as he had it before he met any other hero we know of.

"that we know of" Alot happened on the top of building owned by Simone Grandfather and Peter did spend alot of time with him. Maybe he was on the list? Maybe he was in business with Linderman, or Mr. Nakamoro, Or both?

I would almost bet she has powers, and not so "latent", at that. With two superpowered children, it would be a safe bet.
