besides the wonderful casting of Shatner as the self centered over sexed Dnny Crane and odo as his tight assed partner pool. but this past week Armin Shimerman was a shifty Judge and Ethan Phillips as an emasculated Ex-husband can't wait till they all have a scene together
Will someone shut that man up

Let's not forget he also cast Jeri Ryan on that TV show about the school. Was it Boston Public?

And here is another nod to Trek from Mr. Kelly. In his mid season show " Life On Mars" He Cast Colm Meaney in the lead. LOM is an Americanised version of the Brittish series where a year 2000Cop finds himself in the 1970's. Of course every one remembers Meaney as Miles O'Brien from TNG and DS9.
No comfirmation on where the the series is set but I'm guessing South Boston. Too bad it's a mid season show, most people will think it a rip off of journeyman
