It looks like MGM is looking to do a couple of sequels that may be of interest, Species 5 and War Games 2. Yeah, you heard right, War Games TWO. In this one, the military encounters some trouble when they try to dismantle WOPR from the first movie. As for Speicies 5, I don't think I even saw Species 3 and 4.

Another interesting sequel is another Terminator movie. I have my doubts about this one, too, but will try and reserve judgement. T3: Rise of the Machines just didn't thrill em the way the first two did. If T4 would bea return to form, it could be good.

And then we have rumors from New Line that The Hobbitt (as either one or two movies) may be in the works starting 2007, though there is no word on whether Jackson would be the one to do it.

Any other sequels/prequels you have heard about that piqued your interest?

Just to correct myself, it IS Species 4, not 5, as I previously posted. So I have only missed one movie, not two.

Well, Pat old buddy, you didn't miss much! LOL. The only good one was the first one. The rest, dare I say it? "Sucked like a Hoover Vaccum Clearner!"

Across the Sands of Time, along the Shores of Life, the Traveler rides on. For he knows his journey ends in lovers meeting.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Beware the beast Man for he is the Devil's pawn.
Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport, or ----, or greed.
Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land.
Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert out of his home and yours.
Shun him. Drive him back into his jungle lair.
For he is the harbinger of death.

I definitely saw the downward trend developing quickly in Species 2, which is probably why i haven't bothered with making an effort to see 3.
