But how would they leave?

"You just don't get off a spaceship and run." - Avon

Or would this be the Doctor Who version of Big Brother...?

Okay, back to the project...

I don't care what kind of ship it is, really, although I did prefer
Zen to Slave. And I liked that they only had the one model, so
when Terry Nation took it to cons, he had to be really careful with it,
or how you could see the strings sometimes. I think the lack of
a budget for all these older shows forced them to be clever at
times when they might not have been. Something about
necessity mothering invention or some-such. What are important
to me are the characterizations and the writing.

They get teleported off of course iswallowedabug

"Staying with you requires a degree of stupidity of which I
no longer feel capable." . . .Avon
"Now you're just being modest." . . . Blake

Okay your right lets get serious ...The Project!!

I think the finer details like the ship are very important particularly if it is to attract a younger generation of fans (some good special effects can aid luring in people ...of course I agree B7 was not about special effects but the writing and the characters within) I do agree with you on some of the older shows that are forced to be more inventive as they didn't have the technology of today and were better for it .....A great example of this was 'Sapphire and Steel' ...it had a very low budget but managed to create a very claustrophobic envoirment which greatly increased the menace and the phychological element of the show .....you would like Steel ...he was like Avon ...No Heart ...though much more serious!!
