Honestly, the Master is my favorite. I loved the whole concept of a totally evil Time Lord, a mirror to the Doctor.

John Simm, of 'Life on Mars', 'The Lakes', 'State of Play' does seem to confirm a rumour, first published in 'The Sun' awhile back that he will be playing a new version of an old favourite in the third series of 'Doctor Who', in a interview with 'The Independent on Sunday'.

In a recent poll done by "Doctor Who Adventures" The Weeping Angles surpassed both the Daleks and The Master as the scariest monster.
I know they Freak me out more than a Megalomaniac and a bunch of flying pepper pots.
