 Posted: Post subject: All Con in Dallas |

So, do any of you folks living in Texas, or nearby, go to All Con in Dallas? I have checked their website, but there is not much info there and it is only about three months off. Anyone know anything about this con?

Don't live in Texas, but there is another convention coming September 21-23 in Houston TX. (removed) you might want to check it out.

Houston and Dallas are just about the same length of driving time for me, but Dallas has other things to offer to pique my interest. All Con just announced that the woman who played Kat (sorry, forgot her name) on BSG is gonna be there, as well as Kate Vernon. Kate is lovely in person.

I dunno if I will make it, but I REALLY wanna. One con per year is NOT enough. But, after buying my newer car and the increase in insurance I am paying, I don't know if I can. But, the car is worth the money. First time I ever had a car I wanted instead of just settling for what I could get.

BTW, Lucianna Carro is the actress who played Kat on BSG who will be there, and Neil Kaplan was the voice of Optimus Prime who will be there.

Well it seems like a cool convention from looking at the photos on their Myspace page (removed) , there are some people with nice costumes as well.
